There are several new teachers at Mountain View-Birch Tree! In addition to new teachers, we have some retired educators who are returning to our district! There have been several new coaching assignments made and new support staff members hired. Our administrator line-up also looks a little different. It's a great time to be a Liberty Eagle! Help us welcome our new and returning educators!

Mark your calendars!

Summer School kids enjoying a day out at the West Plains Aquatic Center!!

Thank you Mr. Hollis from Shelter Insurance for coming in and speaking to the students in Driver Education regarding their legal responsibilities for keeping insurance on their vehicles. He also discussed the difference between liability and comprehensive insurance. He did a wonderful job explaining to the students what to do if they are in an accident. We really appreciate Mr. Hollis for presenting to our students!

Students at LMS 7th/8th grade summer school are reading the novel 'Red Kayak' by Priscilla Cummings. Students created butterfly memory garden drawings from the book that reviews symbolism, a type of figurative language. Students drew and colored their visions of the garden, based on context clues from the novel.

Summer School Pool Days!

Chris Bushong, the MVBT, Transportation Director, showed the Driver's Ed class some basic maintenance skills. This will help them take care of their vehicles in the future. Thank you, Chris.

These summer school students are having fun. It's not too late to send your kids to summer school! (This week, watch for permission slips for upcoming pool days.)

There were several end of the year celebrations at MVBT! Some students at BTE celebrated big with games and a bounce house. (Thank you, Randolph Rent it All, LLC in Eminence!)
